  • Q. How can I connect to a Wi-Fi signal at a Qwest Hot Spot?
    A. Go to the menu of wireless Internet connections on your laptop. Select QwestWiFi (or “attwifi” if you don’t see QwestWiFi). Log in using your billing telephone number and Qwest Customer Code or with your MyAccount ID and password (note: Windows Life ID is not currently available as a login option). This will connect you to the Internet via your Free Qwest Wi-Fi feature.
